Damn, a whole month has gone by. I was thinking of going to blogspot but wasn't sure what I should call my new blog and kept on putting off posting here. Maybe I should get inspired by David Bowie. I love David Bowie, he appeals to my sense of twistedness..
I finally went out last night after many months. I stink of smoke though. These days I leave early so I don't get burned out and smoke gets to me. I was wheezing when I got into bed, though my chest didn't feel tight, I just wheezed a bit, and slept it off. It seems all the fish oil has helped my asthma, I'm not as bad as I was though I was never bad.
But good, no continuous asthma attacks = no vertigo issues= no vertigo attacks. Haven't had a vertigo attack for ages, though my ears have been buzzing for a bit. Great!
Though my eczema is acting up, I've been scratching in public, the Lipikar Baume is not taking away all the itching.
